Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-9 business days, during which time the products are taken to our studio first for inspection and packing before shipment. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

All items are shipped via DHL Express Shipping. 

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Europe:  4-8 business days
• International: 4-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your destination country. 

For US orders, duties will be required locally by US customs, and this will depend on the value of the contents. 

Failure to collect your package due to any reason, US and internationally will not be refunded. Based on US regulations, uncollected packages are locally destroyed. 

 

International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply. 

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

 

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. 

You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched. 

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

 

Delays

Reverique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
